One of my favourite features is the lookout hill. It offers sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and creates the most incredible backdrop for wedding portraits, especially as the sun begins to set. The team even transport couples and guests around the property, making it easy to enjoy everything the venue has to offer.
And then there are the little touches that make The Old Station Raglan feel uniquely country. Horses quietly grazing nearby, cattle in the paddocks, a peaceful dam, and wide-open spaces that instantly make you want to slow down and take it all in. It's the kind of place that feels welcoming, relaxed, and full of character.
The Old Station Raglan has also thoughtfully created dedicated spaces for getting ready. The bridal preparation house is a beautiful place to spend those exciting moments before the ceremony, complete with lovely spots for photos and plenty of room to soak up the anticipation with your favourite people. The fellas haven't been forgotten either, with their own comfortable spaces to relax, share a few laughs, and get ready for the day ahead.
